Diskode is a free website that helps you find promo codes shared by online creators. The codes come from the community and from public creator videos — we gather and organize them, but we don't create the deals and we can't promise any of them will work. Use them at your own discretion, be decent to the site and other people, and understand that Diskode is provided "as is." The full terms are below.

1. Accepting these terms

By using diskode.pages.dev (and diskode.com once connected), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms are between you and ELDREK LLC ("Diskode," "we," "us").

2. What Diskode is

Diskode is a directory of promo codes attributed to the creators who share them. There are no accounts and nothing to buy on the site itself. Codes are discovered from public creator content and submitted by the community, then reviewed before they appear.

3. Codes are community-sourced — no guarantee

This is the most important thing to understand:

• Codes may not work, may be expired, or may no longer be honored. Deals change constantly, and a code that worked yesterday may not work today.
• We don't set the terms of any deal. Discounts, eligibility (new customers only, minimum spend, region limits), and whether a code is accepted at checkout are entirely up to the brand or store — not us.
• A "success rate" or community vote is a signal, not a promise. It reflects what other visitors reported; it is not a guarantee of your result.
• Use codes at your own risk. Always check the price, terms, and total at checkout before you buy. Your purchase is a transaction between you and the store, and any issue with an order, refund, or charge is between you and them.

4. We are independent — no affiliation or endorsement

Diskode is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any brand, store, or creator shown on the site, unless we explicitly say otherwise. Brand names, creator names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify and attribute the deals they relate to. Showing a brand or creator on Diskode does not imply any partnership between us and them.

5. Acceptable use

Please use Diskode fairly. You agree not to:

• abuse, overload, scrape, or attack the site, its API, or its infrastructure, or try to get around rate limits or security measures;
• submit false, misleading, spam, or infringing content, or codes you know don't work or aren't authorized to share;
• try to manipulate votes, reports, reveals, or code rankings (for example with bots or automated scripts);
• impersonate a creator, brand, or anyone else;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose or to harm others.

We may remove content, block access, or limit use of the site to protect it and its users. Because there are no accounts, most enforcement is technical (for example, rate limiting or removing a submission).

6. Content you submit

When you submit a code or other information, you confirm it's accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you're allowed to share it. You give us permission to store, review, edit, display, and remove that submission so we can run the directory. We may decline, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion, and nothing you submit is published automatically — everything is reviewed first.

7. Creators

If you're a creator and a listing about you is wrong, or you'd like a code updated or removed, contact us at diskode.privacy@gmail.com and we'll address it. Attribution on Diskode is based on public channel information, not on any claim of ownership.

8. No warranty

Diskode is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any code, deal, price, or piece of information on it is accurate, current, or reliable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diskode and ELDREK LLC are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or any code found on it — including a code that doesn't work, a price that changed, a deal that wasn't honored, or any problem with a purchase you made at a store. Any dispute about an order, payment, or product is between you and the store or brand involved. Diskode is a free, informational directory, and you use it at your own risk.

10. Links to other sites

Diskode links to creator videos and, indirectly, to stores and brands. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Once you leave Diskode, their terms apply, not ours.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what limited information we collect and how we handle it. By using Diskode you also agree to that policy.

12. Changes to the site and to these terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Diskode at any time. We may also update these terms; if we do, we'll update the "last updated" date above and highlight significant changes on the site. Continuing to use Diskode after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
